We, the undersigned residents of Omaha, Nebraska, oppose any zoning changes to existing floodplain zones and residential development within the property presently owned by/leased to the Sunset Valley Golf Club, 9300 Arbor Street, and adjacent property within the Big Papio Creek flood plain.
