PLEASE SIGN THIS PETITION: Jacob Gray is a 22 year old man that is missing in the Washington State Olympic National Park. Jacob Gray's friends and family are anxiously waiting for Olympic National Park Rangers to approve a dog unit from West Coast Search Dogs of Washington. The decision for approving the dog unit is being delayed for unknown reasons. West Coast Search Dogs are ready to go and have been recommended for use by the Olympic Mountain Rescue. We need approval immediately. Time is of the essence. We have positive information that Jacob might be on the other side of the Sol Duc River, without provisions, and at risk of exposure. Search & Rescue uncovered evidence that someone had fallen into the river where Jacob's gear was found and that further down the river someone had managed to pull themselves to shore on the opposite side.  Given this evidence why would the Rangers deny the search dogs that the Search and rescue say they need?  There is a chance Jacob is still alive and every moment counts.  The dogs can track his scent and get to him much quicker than humans with out the dogs help.  Please sign this petition and let the Rangers know we need these dogs and we need them now!
