At some times, #general gets crazy within Discord Bot List. With this petition, we will strive to create a new channel, called #general-2, which is a duplicate of #general. This will help prevent the chaos that we sometimes see, and create a much more efficient way of communication. If we don't make this happen, then more chaos and destruction will occur during the busy times on the server. People will seem frustrated that they cannot get their point across to other people, and they might end up leaving the server (possibly). If someone were to randomly join the server and see complete chaos that is before their eyes, then they may be tempted to join the chaos and cause more destruction, by spamming or advertising. This will prevent that issue, and possibly future issues.
