The Lafay Method is a method of fitness created by french author Olivier Lafay. The method utilizes bodyweight exercises to achieve several fitness goals with results comparable to standard weight-lifting. The translation of the books would benefit those who would like to build muscle who do not have access to a gym, prefer calisthenics, have joint issues hindering weightlifting, and those like me; english speakers who are a fan of the method.

I became interested in the Lafay method after stumbling upon several transformation pictures and videos online. The results were inspiring especially for mostly only doing exercises at home, I immediately sought to purchase the books. Unfortunately the translations currently provided do not include the english language. I have started this petition with the goal of raising awareness to the author and publisher of the Lafay method of its english speaking audience that is interested in the books translation. Thank you!
