My name is Joeline Laliberte and I am the owner and operator of Paws and Claws animal grooming and RESCUE. I have been rescuing animals in our community of Oliver BC and the surrounding communities for many years . I work closely will many other rescue groups to ensure the help , medical care , spaying and neutering and homing of many animals including dogs ( puppies) cats ( kittens) small animals and birds. I have been doing this with the support of my wonderful community and others around me . Recently someone has complained to the town of Oliver bylaw and tried to shut me down. This has been a huge blow . I am petitioning to get a temporary permit for now and possible re zoning my property so that I can continue to help the animals and people that need me ! Please help me by signing the petition so I can show the town I am a benefit, I am needed and I do help !
