For years I have been getting the Braised Beef Tortellini from Olive Garden.  They took it off the menu, then later brought it back.  I don't know why it was taken off the begin with.  It was brought back briefly but finally removed permanently.  I have been waiting for backlash from the public.  It has been long enough with no sign it is ever coming back.  I hope there are others that miss this dish and support my petition.
