When I was growing up there was no potato chip I loved more than the Old Dutch Rave line of chips. First it was the Chicago pizza flavour that was my favourite, then when that was discontinued I moved on to the buffalo wing flavour and then finally it was my last love, the outback smokey BBQ. Now as a adult and a professional chef I understand the link our sense of taste has with our memories of growing up. There is nothing I want more then to relive the flavours of Old Dutch Rave Chips and take me back to the carefree days of childhood in the 1990s and early 2000s  I feel that thousands of people in my generation have a similar longing to once again taste the explosion of flavour that was Old Dutch Rave Chips
