Dear supporters, There has been a breakthrough in our fight to save the rainforests and protect our clean air: Polar Puffs has publicly claimed they are using RSPO-certified sustainable cooking oil! Unfortunately we are unable to verify the claim, so while we seek a closed-door meeting to work more closely with Polar Puffs we have also informed RSPO to support Polar Puffs in getting audited. Once that happens, they can be officially recognised as a protector of our rainforests and clean air! We now turn our attention to Old Chang Kee who are exploring switching to sustainable cooking oil, but need to commit to a deadline. We need to show companies that they cannot make vague commitments without an intention to implement them or sufficient urgency. Our incredible progress so far demonstrates that businesses will listen to you the customers. We will be contacting them for a meeting to work on this time-bound plan but we can't do this on our own. We need you to post on Old Chang Kee's Facebook or email and urge them to make a time-bound commitment to go deforestation-free and haze-free!
