Cab drivers badness/misconduct

The Issue

Hello everyone, 

My name is Ankur Gaur, and I live in Delhi, India. I'm signing this petition to protest the cab drivers' misbehaviour. I've been getting cab cancellations from drivers for the past few months. 

Let me explain what's going on with me nowadays, and I hope it's the same for you if you're talking ride (mostly in Delhi, NCR region)..

When you book a ride, the driver will immediately call you to confirm the drop location, and if you're talking about a short distance ride or possibly somewhere they don't want to go. If the drop location is not convenient for them, they will usually cancel the ride or ask you to cancel it with a few excuses. But they don't cancel right away; they usually wait five minutes before cancelling the ride..

It happens so frequently in Delhi these days that I'm always late as a result. You never know who will declare that he is prepared to leave..

This is not the only reason behind this. 

They frequently demand cash rather than online payment. They'll ask you on the phone whether you want to pay in cash or online, and if you say online. Your ride willl be cancelled once more..

I understand the desire to pay money directly to them, but what's with the repeated cancellations of cabs? In the end, who bears the burden of cancellation? That's who we are. The taxi company will charge you 50 rupees if you cancel your reservation...

When you express your concern, they say, "We're very sorry." We shared the feedback and issued a warning to our driver, but you will not be reimbursed for the money you were charged without fault.

I'm filling this to make aware these companies about their drivers misconduct.i hope, they take proper actions and do the needful.. Customers should not be affected by drivers behaviours.
