8 month old Amelia Grace Tuell was beaten to death in Oklahoma City July 1,2018 she passed on July 2nd one person had been arrested but has yet to have a trial and the mother Heather Patton has not spent one day in jail. Even the doctors believe she had something to do with the beating but the detective said he has the right person, even though Heather has previous allegations of child abuse before the man came into the picture. She stated she was at Walmart getting Amelia formula but documents show she had formula at home and the cameras showed her just sitting on a bench inside of Walmart for some time but yet she had not been arrested. Heather told so many lies to the doctors and police which she was caught in but yet as went to jail. During a meeting with DHS Heather stated the girls had not ate in days so why was she not arrested for neglect?? Two days prior to Amelia being taken to the hospital she had a black eye which is on the same side she had brain surgery. Amelia’s injuries consist of compression fractures to her spine, lacerated liver, injured pancreas,bleeding in the brain which resulted in them removing half her scull, fractured ribs, 67 staples in her head. Doctor even stated some fractures had begun to heal but yet the mother has yet to spend a day in jail!! #WeNeedJusticeForAmelia
