JUSTICE FOR EMBER-LYNN

Ember-Lynn is a 3 year old child who was torn away from her parents, Alley and Waco. Her grandparents Stacy and Jacob, wanting visitation, filed a missing persons charge against Alley and Waco, essentially accusing them of kidnapping their own daughter. The grandparents then moved to gain guardianship of Ember-Lynn and was awarded it by default through the Muscogee Creek Nation Tribal court when Alley and Waco missed a court date after fleeing the state of Oklahoma to protect their child from being taken away. Both Alley and Waco are now incarcerated and awaiting their next court date on October 8th after rejecting a plea bargain which would never let them fight for their own daughter again.

Stacy opened cases through DCFS claiming neglect, abuse, and malnourishment, but after investigations were done, these cases were closed out. Stacy herself has a lengthy criminal record, including domestic abuse.

What needs to happen:
1)Alley and Waco need to have the kidnapping charge against them dropped, and be released from jail;
2)The grandparents' guardianship needs to be terminated and never allowed to be reinstated, based on the parents' clean record and the grandparents' dangerous one;
3)Ember-Lynn needs to be returned to her parents, Alley and Waco, where she belongs.
