Senate Bill 1382 will close down my children's school, Lone Star. A school that they are specifically enrolled in due to it being such a good school. Since they have been there they have done so well and have advanced so fast. Their teachers and faculty are top-notch and in my opinion (and many others) there is no better school. It is very concerning that this would cause them and other children to be uprooted from such a good school and thrown back into lesser school districts. This needs to be corrected! Do not close down our children's good schools and force them into worse schools! Senate Bill 1382 has been introduced by Senator Brian Bingman. Please take the time to look over the bill, for it does affect all K through 8th grade schools in Oklahoma.
