Racial disproportionality, or the over-representation of children of color in foster care, along with disparate outcomes, is an issue with which many States have struggled and continue to struggle with.  Oklahoma is using their foster care system as a retaliation tool and intentionally harboring children for sexual misconduct, abuse, false adoptions, false drug reporting only to continue the influx of monies.  The best interest of the children are not considered.   

Evidence reflects the Oklahoma Corruption of the CPS/DHS system takes children born to parents of lower economic struggles or minority status and kidnaps their due process and voice.    We see caseworker perjury, false or perjured guardianship's, and abuses that are refused to be investigated in truth.  We see intentional poor representation and Judicial misconduct that is intentionally hidden and false removals from  homes without just cause.
