Revoke re-sentencing for convicted murderer of 16 year old JaRay Wilson.

Revoke re-sentencing for convicted murderer of 16 year old JaRay Wilson.
The Issue
JaRay Wilson was a 16 year old from Weatherford, Oklahoma, who's life was taken far too soon by 17 year old Tucker McGee. In September of 2012, JaRay was reported missing to authorities. Her parents, Rodney and Jara Wilson searched for their daughter for 15 long months, with the help of JaRay's relatives, dearest friends, the community of Weatherford, and soon the entire state, which then lead to a nationwide search. Of those millions of individuals spending countless hours plastering her face all over the country, mourning her disappearance, Tucker McGee was one of them, creating a facade to fool us all. JaRay spent 15 months in a shallow grave that Tucker and his friends made for her after they premeditated her murder the day before. JaRay unknowingly went out to a wooded area where Tucker, and two accomplices, Cody Godfrey, and Caleb Mclemore then shot her in the back of the head unsuspectingly, after previously joking about killing JaRay while on the way to pick her up. Tucker McGee never turned himself in to authorities, instead his accomplice, Caleb Mclemore came clean and got Tucker to confess to shooting JaRay while officials were listening to the phone call. Tucker McGee was 10 days away from his 18th birthday at the time he shot JaRay. The Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals has chosen to revoke his previous life sentence that he's only been serving for four years. JaRay's parents began the healing and closure process, myself being her closest friend, was finally coming to terms, and the entire community thought that Tucker was gone for good, so that he could no longer take away anyone's life. This has reopened our deepest wounds and we are prepared to fight again, though we should not have to. Stand behind JaRay, for she is no longer here to stand for herself. Please sign our petition to revoke his re-sentencing and to continue his life sentence.
