Being a resident of Oklahoma I know it's not safe during tornado season. Each year tornadoes rip through Oklahoma and its cities with many lives lost. Everybody can prepare ahead of time, but not everybody can afford the luxury of buying a shelter of their own. Something must be done! This is especially important when the news anchors tell you that there are not any community storm shelters and that hiding in a closet will not do.
