Stuart J. Yeandle was shot an killed by a woman named Donna Baker whose boyfriend, Kevin Kashuta, was having a confrontation with Yeandle. She had made the 911 call, and was instructed to stay inside and to not get the gun. She disobeyed law enforcement and shot Yeandle in the back. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The court dismissed it as "self defense". Donna was let go and the story was swept under the table. Since the Murder, she and her boyfriend have held a gun out for 3 other people. They have also been run out of town, and forced to leave. Yeandle had no weapons, no objects, and was in nothing but boxer shorts. Kashuta has a history of anxiety, and severe depression that has been known to make him violent. Yeandle also has a past of violence. Donna Baker should have never been involved, and should had never engaged in the confrontation, she should have let the authorities handle it. Now we have a man dead and the murderer walking our streets.
