On behalf of the Unorganized Militia as defined by the State of Ohio Constitution and the common Citizens We The People of Richland County Ohio emplore you to not expend resources to enforce gun control measures that are direct attacks towards American citizens Second Amendment rights as enumerated in the United States Constitution Second Amendment. Our resolutions oppose enforcement of privacy violating personal investigations, standard capacity magazine bans, bans of sporting rifles, warrantless unconstitutional seizures of private property known as red flag laws.

We The People of Richland County Ohio recognize lawmakers in the United States are operating under legal fiction proposing unconditional bills acting as if we do not have the first ten amendments that protect us against a tyrannical government.

This petition is to form a Second Amendment sanctuary county, within Richland County, Ohio. As to follow suit with thousands of counties across the USA; the residences of Richland County are petitioning that the County Commissioners will publicly issue a resolution or statement that supports upholding the United States Constitution and all of the Constitutional rights that each citizen retains, especially those regarding the Second Amendment in particular.

By signing this petition you are requesting that Richland County remain a place of Constitutional rights by asking the Commissioners not to endorse any expenditures or actions that would infringe on the Second Amendment. A further request is that the Commissioners specifically states, in writing, that Richland County is a Second Amendment (“2A”) sanctuary county. The petition will be delivered to the Commissioners and presented accordingly.
