We, the undersigned, eligible voters and/or residents of Darke County, in accordance with the revised code of Ohio, petition the Commissioners of said county, to create zoning restrictions, with at least a 500 feet setback from any and all property lines or a total denial of solar and wind projects that would create electrical power supplied to the local grid or elsewhere, from being built within the boundaries of the county and townships.

We, the undersigned, eligible voters and/or residents of Darke County, in accordance with the revised code of Ohio, also petition the Ohio Power Site Board that we the undersigned do not want this in our county because of the negative residual impact it will have on the surrounding agricultural economic infrastructure.
