Marijuana Legalization for personal use has a strong majority support nationwide.  The best chance and simplest route for Ohioans to vote on Marijuana Legalization is for our House and Senate to pass legislation posing the question to voters.  Please call your Reps, Senator, and the Governor's office to encourage them to bring a vote to the people on the 2020 Ballot.   

If posed the simple question of whether to end marijuana prohibition in favor of marijuana liberty for personal use, I believe the people will provide the legislature with the affirmative legalization vote and a mandate to implement those changes.

I encourage you to support all petitions and legislative efforts, but sharing, and signing this petition in particular takes little time and has significant potential to prompt a legislatively proposed vote on personal use in 2020.
