I want to start this petition for my friends at Ohio City BBQ located in historic Ohio City, who are being sued to change their name by a 50+ unit chain based outside of Cleveland. We strongly feel "City" and "Barbecue" are generic words, like "town" and "pizza" and that the Trademark is weak and just not be considered in court.
