Hi everyone!  As part of our efforts to hold prosecutors Mark Bennett and Dan Kasaris accountable for what they did to Dawn Pasela, we’ve filed a myriad of lawsuits to obtain public records, like the voice recordings Dawn was ordered to make and emails between prosecutors about the illegal undercover operation Dawn was ordered to engage in
Neither federal officials nor state law enforcement offices (including Ohio AG Dave Yost and the city of Parma) have ever lifted a finger to produce records or the “back channel” emails that Dan Kasaris sent on his private yahoo account about Dawn … so we have repeatedly asked courts to order the release of those materials.

Below is a newer court case, with another deadline, that we hope will compel the government to finally produce every piece of paper with Dawn’s name on it and every minute of voice recordings that Dawn made … stay tuned for updates and THANK YOU for being a part of this cause!
