Disgraced federal prosecutor Mark Bennett, who covered up an affair between Prosecutor Dan Kasaris and government witness Kathryn Clover, and ordered his Office Manager Dawn Pasela to engage in an illegal undercover spying operation to obtain defense trial strategy information, now faces a lengthy law license suspension for sexual assault and for using his position of authority to solicit sexual favors.
