Bottle Bill for Ohio!!

We learned that only 11 U.S states have a bottle bill. We want to make Ohio number 12. Parents this is a great way to teach your children the grassroots of government especially since we are at home virtually learning. This will also encourage those parents who are not registered voters to become registered voters. Most importantly it would give people an incentive to keep our state clean.

♻️ Bottle bills have proven to be one of the most effective methods of diverting trash from landfills

♻️ States that have adopted a Bottle Bill have seen a reduction in litter up to 47%

♻️ Other benefits- Conserves natural resources such as timber, water, and minerals, Saves energy, Helps create new well-paying jobs in the recycling and manufacturing industries in the United States
