The 11 year anniversary for both Sarah Widmer’s death and Ryan’s arrest has come and gone yet after 3 trials and 11 years Ryan, both families and the public have never heard Warren County’s explanation or evidence of  why Ryan did it or how Ryan did it. 2 very critical questions to be answered when trying someone for murder and sending them to prison for 15 years to life.
