Stop taking unwanted photos in Brisbane City

While photography is supposed to be considered an art form, something to be proud of and pride yourself in, it seems anyone who holds a camera is labelled a photographer nowadays.
Andrew, the founder of oh-hi.info is one of these people. According to the Street's Photographers Rights, people in Brisbane city are being used as props in unwanted photos.
This man stands in the Square beside Hungry Jacks near every day, morning to noon, taking photos of everyone and anyone who walks by, whether they are wearing revealing clothing, outlandish clothing, or normal clothing. While some people smile as if it is a joke, many people are getting angrier and angrier.
Many people have asked to their photo to be taken down, and have had Andrew laugh in their face. Many people have walked past covering their faces, and yet he persists in taking photos. I personally have contacted the police, and walked away empty handed. I personally have had a best friends photo taken when they were having the worst day, after I told Andrew no. Would you like that to happen to you?
Many people fear visiting the street incase their photo gets captured. While for some, it may not be the photo that is bothering them, it is the way it is taken. Andrew does not take no for an answer; he will sneak a photo; he will laugh in your face; he will not delete a photo.
Please, please help to try and protect our privacy, and our rights to feel safe and secure.
