Happy Friday,  I had an hour long conversation with an incredible attorney in Columbus Ohio .. nearly an hour on the phone .. he is fascinated and devastated about this entire situation.  
We have what would be easily won Wrongful Death suit .. obvious willful neglect, lack of care, leading up to the death of .. but in a Civil Matter .. what would there be to recover ?? 

Still going through my nearly 500 page book, running it past others there ~ every detail .. regarding her rights, the (lack of) investigation .. 

.. that everything I am doing is being done right

Everything I’ve sent in, filed, complaints, all of it ..

Eric BEEDY has been moved to the same Prison where his boy is .. a family reunion .. 

How incredibly kind of the Ohio Prison System, to make this possible for them  .. they DO have so much in common .. with how to treat helpless humans .. 

Their cells are close together .. and (I’m told by an incredibly reliable source) they get steak on Friday’s .. (those with good weekly behavior) 

Life is good for those two ..

Of course I messaged the Belmont Correction Dept., as the decision was made by their facility: 
.. so kind that he is able to see his family .. 

She no longer has that opportunity ~ to amend any relationships .. it’s just ended abruptly for her .. 

.. never for him though .. 

No special treatment, tho .. right .. ?

In more joyful news .. I paid off the Grave marker this week .. and it’s beautiful .. she deserved it.  Three to six months until installation. 

To anyone worried about me ~ I am well .. I am not 24/7 preoccupied with mourning her and vengeance .. none of that is true ..   

This is simply a Case Of Justice, the same Justice I would want for my child, my Siblings, my Mom .. anyone I care about  .. because this wasn’t right .. everyone knows it .. 

.. too much evidence .. too dirty .. 

I will know when it’s time to walk away ..
