This is the report from the day they showed up at Rics house and recovered her body. 

This is it. 

No words .. I recently had a car wreck and my report was 7 pages. 

I asked for the police report .. 
This is what they sent to me ?? 

I asked if there was anything else.  The officer told me they were not able to release anything else to me, per orders from the Detective & her Supervisor.

I would have thought the case was closed .. maybe not ??   I was told by the officer that the Coroner has not closed the case ??

So .. 

I messaged the Victims Advocate at the Prosecutors office .. and this was her reply: 

“This is true. Everything is on hold by either an appeal or waiting for the judgment entry.
My guess is that maybe Eric has filed an appeal to the case.

Once that is done, and the appellate court has decided, it will become a public record. 

They do this because if the case returns for whatever reason, we still need to keep the matter as pure as possible. Meaning- if the case comes back on appeal- and we need someone to testify. We may start the case all over again. If we need someone to testify and have released information, are you testifying to what you know or by what you saw, read, or heard in the released documents.

I hope this makes sense.”

We were also told that perhaps outside influences have reopened the case .. praying for that one ☝� 

Still pushing for 1000 signatures .. please share this information and spread the word. 

Complaints have been filed with the DOJ, the Spfld PD and the Bar Assoc.   Now we wait.
