Imagine, if you will ..

A beautiful home ..

A wealthy couple ..

College educated ..

Fabulous vacations ..

Social media filled with amazing pics of their life and travels .. 

They’ve done so well .. 

.. but, there’s a nasty layer underneath .. and it’s NOT even a secret .. 

.. the wife;  well manicured, hair styled, dressed impeccably .. smiling and friendly to everyone she meets ~ has messaged friends:

.. “he’s abusive”

.. “he dislocated my arm” 

.. “he literally pushed me out of bed onto the
floor so many times.”

.. “Has kicked me out repeatedly”

.. “Choked me in the front doorway”

.. “Stabbed a ka-bar ( an 8" military knife) right by my face on the couch”

.. “Told me last night & today, “you better not be here when I get home.”

.. “if I go missing show these to the police”

.. “I don’t think I’m going to die, but if I do, take these to the police”

.. “he doesn’t know it, but I’m leaving on my birthday” 

He was also charged before with spousal abuse, with another partner .. pled out to “menacing” 

 

Her Social Media posts become worrisome

She posts & deletes concerning messages

60 days later .. maybe not even that .. something is OFF

No worries though, her adoring husband has promised that she is just fine .. and ultimately she messages you ..

He then messaged you that he’d put her in a hospital .. (untrue)

.. something still feels off 

.. and it was off .. she’s missing 

.. her husband finally says she’s not home .. he “lost track of her” after she “left the hospital”

.. her husband now messages you constantly, about how much he misses her, he wants to die without her .. wants to help you look for her .. 

.. all the while he’s had a new girlfriend the entire time .. 

 

30 days later, her badly decomposed body is found at the residence she shared with HIM 

He had her wallet 

He had her phone 

He had her body hidden, covered up with trash 

While friends worried about her;   he used her messenger to pretend to BE HER, even asking her for money (as her)

 

All this information:  a successful, wealthy, beautiful couple ~ a husband with a documented history of Spousal Abuse 

What should those charges look like ?? 

Should he be picked up immediately and formally questioned ??  Or should two months pass by ?? 

What if the police told you they “can’t make him come in” for questioning  ?? 

Or allow him to wander the town for over a year .. 

.. and when they ultimately charge him, should he be released on his Own Recognizance ?? 

What if ALL they managed to charge him with was:

“Tampering with evidence” .. ???? 

Resulting in a three year sentence .. ????

Should the family, friends, and the public be ok with this ? 

NOBODY should ever be ok with this 

Also ~ this would NEVER happen in the above situation .. 

As difficult as it is ..

Imagine 

.. if your daughter was found like that 

.. if your mother was found like that 

.. your son .. anyone ..

The Coroner who helped with Gloria’s case told me that Dogs are better protected, and have more rights .. 

.. this was after we discussed our sweet Gloria, being one of Springfields near homeless 

.. a shuffler walking for Wi-Fi and a clean bathroom, from a condemned house 

.. wrapped up in a cycle of violence she didn’t know how to escape

 

Someone explain the logic to me;

Is the value of Gloria’s life LOWER than that of a rich Woman,

or is it possibly similar to that of a stray dog ? 

Her life should be incredibly equally important

Her death deserved more attention, the case deserves more scrutiny 

All of our lives should be valued
