How was this possible?

She was right there the entire time 

I came into town with every bit of information I had so far .. I met with the detective .. I was told that she may have just gotten in a big rig with a trucker somewhere and taken off .. 

Wow 

If Gloria had been a business woman, a Realtor, the wife of a Lawyer, a Police Officer .. hmm � .. that comment would have never been made 

I was actually told to stay very friendly with the defendant, sleep with him if I had to .. to get info .. yes .. a bad joke out of their mouth .. and bad timing .. and wow .. just wow .. 

Would they say that to a grieving family member of a wealthy individual ??
