OG&E needs to be investigated and all of us need back pay.!! Their rates are ridiculous and we are getting SCAMMED out our money. Customer service is rude and they give you the run around. They tell you things and then the next person j talk to tells u something totally different and theirs nothing wrong can do about it besides PAY THE BILLL!!!! Even if it's incorrect .!

Our whole community is being scammed
