The Issue

Hi. We have a problem.

A floating, swirling, international dumpster fire of plastic bags, fishing nets, and whatever people throw out when they think no one’s watching.

It’s called the Great Pacific Garbage Patch, but honestly that name is boring and nobody remembers it.

So I want to rename it something people will remember:

The Great Pacific Trump Dump.
Why?

1. Trump likes putting his name on big stuff.
This is the biggest thing we’ve got.
It’s basically a floating continent of trash.
This is the biggest thing available.
It’s bigger than Trump Tower.
It’s bigger than Mar‑a‑Lago.
It’s bigger than the collective sigh of everyone having to hear a man talk about himself for hours.
If he wants scale, this is scale.
If he wants something huge with his name on it, boom — done. He gets his monument at no cost.

2. People will finally pay attention.
Imagine the news:

“Scientists say the Trump Dump is growing again.”

“Cleanup crews head to the Trump Dump.”

“The Trump Dump is now twice the size of Texas.”

You cannot ignore that.
Your brain won’t let you.

This isn’t about insulting anyone — it’s about using humor to make people look at the giant floating trash pile we all helped create.
The Great Pacific Trump Dump has become one of the largest, most embarrassing symbols of human environmental neglect. It is massive, unavoidable, and constantly growing — a floating testament to what happens when responsibility is ignored long enough.

If attaching a big name to a big mess gets people talking, then hey… that’s a win for the planet.
