RANSOM MAY, 22 years old of Orange County Fla was arrested on animal cruelty charges and bail set at 1000.00 dollars- the bail / monetary amount is unacceptable, a 100,000 Bail should have been imposed . The dog was literally dangling in fear whilst Ransom May was forcibly holding the dog by its neck and dangling the animal over a railing. Orlando Police Department went to the neighborhood where the incident occurred but residents wouldn't identify May, this speaks volumes. "Kill that dog, you will be going to jail," someone in the video is heard trying to help. We the people demand the court to prosecute this violent individual Ransom May, he clearly is a threat to society with the discretion of the court to be evaluated. With children residing at the residence where this abhorrent act of abuse occurred ; needs to be investigated to the fullest extent of the law. Serial killers start with hurting and tormenting animals. Ransom May has displayed flagrant cruel behavior openly and emotionally disrupting the peace with children residing in a close proximity.
