The issue

We the residents and Citizens of Queensland Australia seek recognition of a Breach of Article 7 of the Rome Statute (Crimes Against Humanity) and compensation for our losses caused directly and indirectly by the actions of the Queensland government. 

We seek recognition of our claim currently before the Hague as a Class Action and calling for an Investigation to be opened by the Office of the Prosecutor.

We ask that the following residents and citizens be recognised as  claimants in this action:

1) Those present continually as residents of Queensland since 29 January 2020.

2) Those that have lost  a Business or Employment due to lockdowns and restrictions by the government regardless of vaccination status

3) Those that are unvaccinated and have suffered duress and/or personal injury, emotional and/or mental injury or loss of economic stability

3) Those that have been vaccinated due to the perception of duress and or threats.

4) Any other class the Court deems appropriate
