In order to obtain a complete liberal arts education, one must learn and be aware of different identity politics. Colgate University, at this moment, has insufficient methods to address equity and inclusivity. Our action plans and concerns will help Colgate implement sufficient policies in efforts to foster an environment that "provides a demanding, expansive, educational experience to a select group of diverse, talented, intellectually sophisticated students who are capable of challenging themselves, their peers, and their teachers in a setting that brings together living and learning.”
