We need a Unified Vehicle Registration System ( IND ) to improve safety of Interstate travelers.  They shouldn't be categorized or identified based on the Current State Based Registration System.

The Authorities who deal with Vehicles should be empowered to do simple search and find the details of the vehicle.

This can be very well implemented using Technology.

Hence requesting the Transport Minister to review this and implement this system ASAP.
