Students are growing anxious over the turmoil by the impending examinations for the first year medical students, with much of the syllabus yet to be covered in classroom teaching and almost all of the practicals to be taught. Students are also wary of their safety in the ongoing second wave of Covid-19 which is rampant in Maharashtra. We want colleges to take appropriate safety measures and complete the pending syllabus before taking the decision of conducting exams.

We request MUHS to follow NMC guidelines and conduct exams in February.
