On January 25, 2010, Nicholas Rivet beat my Grandson Eddie Robb so severely that he died on January 29, 2010 after being in a coma for 4 days.  Eddie was just two years old and this horrible event took place in the same room with Nicholas' three year old daughter.  A few months later Nicholas Rivet signed away his own two children whom he had refused to support, and moved on with his life as if none of it happened.

In 2013 Nicholas Rivet was finally arrested, when the state was sure they finally had enough to move forward with.  It took another two years of delays and postponements on the defense side for this case to come to trial.  Finally on June 5, 2015, after 5 days of testimony, the jury found Nicholas Rivet GUILTY of second degree murder.  In September he was sentenced to life in prison.  Even the judge described his offense as "heinous".

Now the woman who married Nicholas Rivet AFTER he committed this murder, then bore him two sons AFTER he was arrested, wants him free!  She has started a petition to send Govenor Rick Scott, requesting Clemency for her husband.  She makes many false claims in her plea, including false allegations against the mother of this beautiful boy.

Please help us send a loud and clear message to the Office of Executive Clemency and Govenor Rick Scott.  NO CLEMENCY FOR CHILD KILLER NICHOLAS RIVET!!!!!
