Build Fresh Water Pipelines from Canada

The Issue

There is a drought in California and other parts of the Southwestern US.

The US needs more renewable replenishable electricity. Hydroelectric Dams work!

Canada produces 9% of the world's fresh water and only uses 2% of the world's freshwater.

We hereby petition the DOE to consider building freshwater pipelines from Canada to America.

Build them and dedicate it to transporting Canadian water to fill up-to-be-built hydroelectric Dams in the Midwestern and Southwestern US.

Build a section to take water from the dams to the Southwestern US for water for farmers in drought-stricken areas.

Thousands of jobs building the dams created. Plenty of clean electricity to power the grid for all the American-made electric cars and the normal electric demand growth of the West and Southwest. Canadians are happy. All steel and cement etc. must be American sourced.
