WE, THE UNDERSIGNED call on the Lee Valley Regional Park Authority and Waltham Forest Borough Council to ensure that the "Reinstatement Plan" and any other proposals for Leyton Marsh:
 places the long-term sustainable future of Porters Field Meadow as a green open space as its prime aim.
 is the result of wide discussion among local people and Marsh users in both Hackney and Waltham Forest.
 represents genuine collaborative agreement with the Olympic Delivery Authority.
 is supported by environmental agencies and community organisations including Users Groups and Save Leyton Marsh campaign.
 enables the Marsh land to have the optimum chance to recover from the seven months of excavation, construction and demolition within a timeframe acceptable to the communities.
