like many other people in america we are underwater on our loan. after trying to modify for months (since nov 2011)and ocwen calling and requesting the same papers over and over, we still have no answer. we have been told by several modification companies that ocwen would not help unless we are 4 or more months behind. since this is a gov. program and ocwen recieves compensation for modifing the loans why can't we get help. all we are asking them to do is lower our interest rate and make our payments affordable
