We are being ripped off by telkom  and the likes with slow data speeds. 

Data use at peak times  is ridiculously slow and this is when we need it most. That is when our kids have to do their projects and we finally have the time to complete the rest of of internet work. If we garner sufficient interest in fibre, like more than 400 people showing interest, then the chances are that we can get the fibre companies to show interest immediately. The same has hapeened in kuilsriver where fibre was brought to the area 5 years ahead of time.
