Deferred Tax, LLC had requested another deferral for the Board of Commissioners hearing of their rezone request.

At the Agenda setting meeting on February 23rd, the Board of Commissioners remanded this request back to the Planning Commission, for consideration at their April meeting, and it will be back before the Board of Commissioners at their May meeting.
