On Tuesday, May 4th at 6pm, after multiple delays and two rejections by the Oconee Planning Commission, the Oconee County Board of Commissioners is set to vote on this rezone.

We ask that you make your voices heard, by either coming to the meeting in person, or joining via Zoom .

Over 950 people have signed this petition to ask the commissioners to deny this rezone, and with recent information coming to light about the chief engineer at the DOT over ruling her staff engineers about allowing a median cut on the Oconee Connector, it is even more imperative that the BoC hear from concerned citizens of this county.
