San Juan County residents have been voicing concerns over the county's proposed planning and zoning ordinance for well over six months.

During the July 1, 2025 San Juan County (Utah) Commission Meeting, the San Juan County Attorney stated that: "95% of the citizens of San Juan County were in support of the proposed Planning and Zoning Ordinances" He even went so far as to state that the "3 or 4 people voicing opposition to the process or ordinance are on the "extremes"." 

This petition is to gather signatures of any San Juan County, Utah property owner or resident who OPPOSES the Planning and Zoning Ordinance to determine how many property owners or citizens in our county support this ordinance and the way that it has been created.
