We have recently become aware of a planning application submitted by the owners where currently H&M Motor Car Services is located.

Details of the planning application are as follows: -

·        412 Greenford Road, Greenford, UB6 9AH

 

 

We have contacted the council and objected to the current planning proposal, as we feel that there is a significant overdevelopment on said site without consideration of the negative impact on the local community.

The construction of the six storey development for commercial and residential use will create greater difficulty with parking and increased congestion in an already congested area.

Additional concerns are the environmental and community negative impact such as increased traffic and pollution can harm the community welfare. 

We have not been contacted by the council or anyone else regarding this matter and feel that greater consultation with nearby residents should be taken such as safety, accessibility, transport, pollution, light and overall welfare of the community is taken into consideration.

We feel the council need to take necessary precautions and therefore kindly ask for your help! Please sign the petition, raise awareness and object to current plans under reference number 224272FUL.

No action at this time critically threatens the existence of our Mosque and its future plans to become a community hub for residents within Greenford and the surrounding areas.
