Hi everybody, Thanks for your support for this petition against a boarding house at 59 Cobham Street, Kings Park. It was refused by a councilors vote 13 - 0! One of the key reasons was the community interest and support for its refusal. 41 written objections were received and over 600 signatures for the petition. Sadly, down the road the next developer is taking his chance with a two story monster of a property. I'm hoping you can take the time to support my objection to that application and if you can spare five minutes email council your objection to.
