Just when we thought our streets were safe from over development at the eleventh hour the applicant has lodged an appeal in the Land & Environment court!

As part of the process the court commissioner will be visiting 59 Cobham Street at 9:30 am on Tuesday 13th November. 

We are not sure if the commissioner will be listening to residents on the day talkkng about the development but you can certainly turn up to the footpath and let the commissioner see we do not support overdevelopment in Kings Park!
