We petition the City of Davenport, we object to vacating the alley right-of-way located north of Locust, between Belle Avenue an Duggleby St. Wade 5. CASE ROW25-01.

Vacating this alley way will leave 2342 E Locust with only access to E Locust. The property 2342 E Locust has impaired visual when trying to turn onto E Locust. This is an overall SAFTY concern to not only other drivers but pedestrians walking or cycling on side walk if the alley right-of-way is vacated. 

I invite everyone that is responsible for making this decision and signing this petition to drive from Duggelby down alley way turn into property and see the difficulty of turning onto E Locust from 2342 E Locust to see if you personally would like to have this position on your daily commute?
