WISSC would like to thank the 700 plus participants of the independent petition to 'Save WISSC' for your support, and concerns raised, which are truly appreciated.

The West Indian Sports and Social Club (WISSC) remains as the original Hub of the West Indian Community in Manchester and its continuance and longevity is of the utmost importance, in order to serve our Community.

Therefore, the West Indian Sports and Social Club, Management Committee are committed and are in ongoing discussions with Manchester City Council, in respect of the longevity of the WISSC and a redevelopment of the Club and adjacent sites.

It is WISSC's intention to keep the Community informed via Newsletters and Social Media as events unfold.
