The proposed conversion of 116 - 118 Lower Lichfield Street into a 12-bedroom House in Multiple Occupation (HMO) presents a significant concern for the residents of Willenhall. This development lacks essential planning for parking provisions and waste storage, issues that could lead to consequences for our town. 

One of the foremost issues with this proposal is the absence of adequate parking spaces. The existing street infrastructure is narrow, and an increase in the number of residents without parking facilities will exacerbate traffic congestion and potentially lead to hazardous situations on our roads. This impacts not only those who live in the immediate vicinity but also those who travel through this area daily.

Willenhall is already oversaturated with HMOs. The community deserves a balanced housing development strategy that considers current capacity, needs of the community and the welfare of its residents.
